Week 11 Yoga
Just got done with Yoga and I could tell that I haven't did it in 2 weeks. It was really hard and I was feeling it everywhere. I toughed through it and it felt great. My flexibility is doing great too. At the start of the program I could only get to about 6 inches to my toes. Now I can hold the Yoga block against my foot and reach and hold onto that. That is about 2-3 inches past my foot. Like a 9 inch improvement.
