Well I skipped Yoga yesterday. That damn first 45 minutes is so intimidating I simply never started it. Bad Byron. Then it got worse. I was busy the end of my shift at work so I didn't get to eat for like 5 hours. That is missing 2 meals. Needless to say I was starving and the longer I don't eat the worse things (healthy wise) I crave. So I did make it home and eat chicken. But then I found the wife's food stash and it was all downhill from there. Dare I list what I ate? I better. This is all about accountibility and God knows I'm not perfect.

Wow! Talk about binging. LOL. Needless to say I felt like crap went I finally went to bed.
I didn't want to workout today. I have had this abdominal pain come on daily for maybe the last 4 days. It comes for maybe an hour and a half and they goes away. Not sure what that is. But the pain went away today and I crushed my workout. My pullups total went up. Over 50, 52 I think, I don't have the paper in front of me. Have to get ready for work.
