Core Syn II Week 4

Had to work all day and did not feel like working out at all. Besides the other morning this is the first time that has happened since starting. But I started and sweat my butt off. Really pushed it. Got Yoga tomorrow and then it should be the end of week for, but I am extending the week by one day to change it so my rest day falls on Tuesday since I work over night every Monday and feel I am not getting all I can out of those workouts. So I will do an extra day of Cardio on Monday. Get to try a new DVD Cardio X. Also new pics on Monday, weigh-in and recheck the body fat. I have been telling myself I hope it is a 4% drop but am only guessing but will probably still be disappointed if it isn't. I have realized I don't care if I haven't lost weight. What I need to lose is the fat.

X Stretch

Got up this morning and did the workout before work. Didn't really want to and made an excuse in my head that I didn't need to do it, heck, it's only streching. Once that excuse popped into my head I popped out of bed. NO EXCUSES. Procrastinating got me this fat and doing it will only make me stay that way.

Kenpo X

Really Brought It for Kenpo today. Great sweat today. Halfway through the recovery week. Tomorrow all I have to do is X Stretch. An Hour of stretching. Nice.

Core Syn

Today was core synergystics. A crazy workout. Pretty much every move was something I have never done or seen before so it was fun. Couldn't push it as hard as I would have liked because I am learning the moves but in 2 days I get to do it again and BRING IT. This DVD is hard. It really gets the heart pumping. No more chatting. Today is my productive day. I have 5 more things on my list. Half Done!

Yoga Week 4

I get to do Yoga twice this week. Today was the best Yoga day yet. I was able to hold all the holds except the last set which Tony-(the trainer on the DVD) says are advanced poses. Not much to report. I get to do a new CD tomorrow, which I keep mentioning cause I am pretty excited. It looks really hard. Going to check out a movie tonite and get up early tomorrow, Bring It for the workout and get my list of shite to do knocked out. Change oil in the cars, fill out a lot of paperwork for work, and get some grocery shopping done. Need more milk and veggies.

Kenpo End of Week 3

I used yesterday as my rest day because I gave into temptation and got into Vodka. Way too much Vodka. So I licked my wounds yesterday and brought it for Kenpo today. It went okay but my legs were really heavy. I did keep my heartrate up and sweat alot. Check out the 21 day pics.
