Yoga Week 6

Yoga didn't go that well today. I just couldn't get into it. I did stick to it though and do the whole 1.5 hours. I tried talking myself into quiting 3-4 times, but stuck with it. It ended alot better than it started though. Also my belt for work went another notch tighter this week. Now it is one notch smaller than when I started my job two years ago. Sweet. I am going to weigh in next Tuesday and recheck my body fat and measurements just to make sure that upping the calories is keeping the fat burning. If not I will so back to the low carb diet. I know the weight it lower but wondering about the fat.

I did alot of research and went to go out and buy adjustable dumbells. I have twist lock ones and it takes a fair amount of time to switch weights in between exercises. This adds on about 15 minutes to my 1.25 hour workout. I decided I am going to get the power blocks kind but they will set me back 379 bucks. Ouch. I told myself from the beginning that I would get them for myself after I finish the 90 day program but am having trouble waiting.

Plyo and Back/Bis

I did Plyo last night after work slept for eight hours and got up this morning to do Back/Biceps this morning before work. Plyo last night went well last night. Really brought it. This morning was a little rough getting up but I did.

Week 6 Chest Shoulders Tris Abs

After this week I will be half done. Again my workout kicked my butt, but I think I held my own. I did better than last week and also Abs went as good as they ever have. I even pumped out 3 one arm pushups with my Right arm and 1 with my Left. And that exercise is 3/4 into the workout. I also have been addicted to the scale the last couple of days but it is just getting better everytime I get on it. Last Friday when I got on I had lost 2 more pounds for a total of 7 and then today I got on and had lost 3 more. So I have lost 10 pounds as of this morning in 5 weeks. And keep in mind I have started eating 500 more calories a day this last week than I did the first month. The first month I ate 2000 and this last week I eat 2400 -2500 and am losing weight even faster. AWESOME. I am pretty much eating all day. I eat every 2 hours. Now my body is starving if I wait 3 hours to eat. My body is primed for metabolism. Burn baby burn.

Week 5 Pics and Yoga







I haven't did Yoga yet but will in about a half hour. Here are the new pics. Finished Yoga and it was the best session yet. My flexibility is really improving. I'm really relaxed now. I have had low back tightness for the last three days and it is completely gone.

I took my math placement test and did well enough that I don't have to take a college math class. Thank god. I haven't seen those equations today since High School. Got registered for my 2 classes I will be taking this summer to get ready for the Nursing Program next summer.

Kenpo End of Week 5

Kenpo went pretty well today. I don't have much to say about Kenpo just a bunch of kicking and punching. Will do some pics tomorrow cause tomorrow is rest day. I tried to register for school today but I have to take a math placement test. Stupid. I will have to run out there tomorrow after the pics and then come home and do Yoga to make up for the other day. First goal for the 90. 1. Do not miss a single workout. So far so good.

Legs/ Back/Abs Week 5

Felt pretty crappy yesterday so I decided to use that as my rest day. Feel better but some of the cold is still around today. I crushed Legs/Back/Abs. I had to pause many times cause I brought myself to the point of nausea but I gave it my all. Lets compare pullup #'s from the last Legs/Back workout.

2 weeks ago - 17 pullups without chair in 8 sets and 52 with chair in 8 sets
Today - 34 without chair in 8 sets and 43 with chair in 8 sets

Don't know what got into me but I could just keep doing pullups today. Feels good after my poor performance a couple days ago when I didn't feel as good.

Also felt like hopping on the scale this morning and I have lost 2 more pounds since Monday. And that is with adding 500-600 calories everyday this week. I will stay off it as long as I can until Day 60. I will move Yoga that I should have did yesterday to Tuesday which should be my rest day so I will not miss a workout simply move my rest day.

Did pretty good with abs today. Got back up to 22 reps on almost every exercise. Once I can do all 22 for every exercise I will try to do all 25 reps like they do.
