Just finished Plyo and proud to say I completed it 100% and kept up with those in the DVD. I am f-ing dead. Then I had to do Ab Ripper to make up for yesterday. Then I got a wild hair up my butt and decided to add weight to my ab routine. I added 10 lbs to 4 of the 11 exercises by holding a 7.5 lbs plate and a 2 foot chain on my chest. I will have to get some ankle weights to wear for the rest of the exercises.
Woke up today at an all time low. Down to 206.6. That is a 20 lbs weight loss so far. I am pretty pumped. Hopefully it keeps falling off and I hit 200 by the end.
