Legs/Back

63 PULLUPS!! I beat last week by 10.5 pullups. I only have next week to try to reach my goal of 100, which I won't but I am really happy to see this improvement. I had not been going up that many for about a month so today was awesome. I was dying by the end of this workout. I am borderline dizzy. My brain needs glucose, so I didn't do Ab Ripper. I will do it tonite. I need my Orange Chocolatey Delight. My pregnant wife did the leg portion of the workout with me so that was cool. I am really looking forward to her not being pregnant so we can workout together.
