Last Day of Week 11/Kenpo X

It's crazy to think I only have 2 weeks left. I felt good today but sore. My legs not so much. They usually are really sore from yesterday but my abs are pretty sore. I watched ab ripper and used my ab straps hanging from the pullup bar and did a ab workout. I started it with 8 lbs ankle weights on and about half way through I took them off. I felt like I was dogging it but I was exhausted. And today I know I worked hard cause I am really sore. I need to keep doing abs with weights to make the muscles bigger so they are more likely to be seen when the fat disappears.

Today I did Kenpo and wore 4 lbs ankle weights and started it holding 5 pound dumbells. I did the first 5 or so exercises and realized that 5 lbs was way too much. So I grabbed my powerblock inserts which weigh 2.5 lbs each. I held onto them the whole workout except for 2 exercises. My arms were toast from hanging onto the 5 lbs ones and needed a short rest. Using the extra weights really upped the intensity and got a great sweat going.

A friend of mine is coming by tomorrow and we are going to hit a cardio workout. Not sure what we will do but will let you all know. By the way my rest day is tomorrow and I will get pics up. Hopefully there will be some decent changes between these and 2 weeks ago.
