Back and Biceps
I was lazy yesterday morning and didn't get up and do my workout. So I made that my rest day and just have to pump out 12 workouts and be finished. Today I did Back and Biceps after work. I upped some of my weights and pumped out more pullups. I also finished up with a modified ab ripper. Trying to get a better burn in the abs. I got a better one when I used the ab straps so I did that again today and some of the ripper with a 12.5 lbs weight instead of the 7.5 lbs one. I have a short 8 hour day I will head home and hit up Yoga. Looking forward to it. I am not going to let it get into my head this time and will crush it.
