Yoga Week 4

Day 29 Done. Yoga went well. Tomorrow doing an extra day like I said and looking into changing up the diet. I am going to try to up my calories by at least 400-600. Yikes. That seems like a bunch but I need to try it. Should be easier with consuming more carbs. Yay, carbs are back. Moving from 1 carb a day to 3-4. We will see. I will look at the nutrition guide tonite and figure it out. Gotta go, have to change some oil.
