That workout sucked. I know it was harder but I felt soo weak doing those exercises. The slow 4 count pushups. Take 4 seconds to go down and 4 to go up. They are killer and they are the first exercise. Not sure if it is because I haven't lifted weight in a week or the DVD is that much harder and works your muscles in that much a different way. And if that isn't hard enough about 22 exercises later you do 1 arm pushups. I did 5 each arm. On my knees, lol. I figured I could get one regular one but wanted to get reps in to get the burn out.
Then was Ab Ripper and it was brutal today. I upped my reps from 20 to 22 for each of the exercises. (There are 11 total) I had to take alot more mini pauses in the middle of my reps but I did get them all in.
