I had to work overnight last night and only got 2 hours of sleep. Then had to go to a Paramedic Refresher class all day, and stay after for another recert. I don't think I have the concentration today for 1.5 hours of Yoga. So I will just do it tomorrow and push all my workouts for this week back a day and use today as a much needed rest day.
So check back tomorrow after I post how terrible my fat ass handled the Yoga. I am excited for it and a little scared. Don't think I am as flexible as I was back in the day.
Anyway, going to bed. Gotta get up on some sleep and be ready to BRING IT for Yoga X!!
