Did my ab workout. I chose to not finish the chest and back and push it with the Abs. After doing that that workout will definately be a love/hate relationship. I tried to pace myself cause I didn't know what to expect. Next time hell no. I will have to push as hard as I can. Suprisingly the 15 minutes went pretty fast.
Well added some protein shakes today to try and get my calories up. Its hard to take in that many calories when you are eating healthy. I am eating every 2-3 hours just to get it in.
Day 1 done - only 89 to go!

dammit byron what's all this bonking crap. I know you just started and it sucks n all but i look up to you so you better quit that crap. don't forget i was there when you ran so hard and was able to push yourself pass human limits. I know there was my car up your ass so you couldn't stop or get ran over, but guess what-you never got ran over, you kept running. I admire your honesty in your blogs and can tell that you are determined, but just remember that determination yo used to have is still somewhere deep inside you so you better find it. Don't make this fat little tit go and buy the px 90 and push you to beat my progress. I will if i don't start seeing some better non bonking attitude. Anyways, keep being honest and keep pushing yourself- i know you'll progress as soon as the lactic acid starts to find less painfull paces to settle in your bod. u da man big guy
