Did Plyometrics today. That sucked. Basically an hour of jumping around and killing the lower body. Great cardio workout though. That should get easier with time. Diet is still perfect. Going to cook up a bunch of chicken tonight and portion for the weekend.
I am going to go out and buy a water cooler. I am drinking tons of it and will save some cash in the long run with a 5 gallon jug.
Gotta go. I am still dragging butt from the workout and that was done 5 hours ago.
