Got about 6 hours of sleep last night at work and got off at 8am. I got home and toughed out the workout, but I couldn't finish. I bonked. Damnit. Bonking is when your body doesn't have the energy to finish the workout. I think that is what happened. I got so nauseous that I had to stop. I know a little is ok but I got to that Hangover nausea point when you puke in the morning.
So I lasted 40 min into my Chest and Back exercise. Didn't do the Ab workout.
I will do them later today though. I think I bonked cause I didn't take in any nutrients since last night at 730. I will have to have a little something before I workout. People did suggest that, but I thought, Hell I'm tougher than that.
This workout will be sweet. Already looking forward to doing it next week so I can put it down without stopping. Anyway I'll post when I finish the workout later and let you know I ate perfect.

Anyway you better finish up the workout tonight. I'll be drinking beer and eating pizza at the poker game. Man you'll be able to kick my ass when this is all done. Then again, you probably could have before.
