Finally I feel that that workout went well. It was still hard but it felt successful. I pumped out 3 one arm pushups for each arm after only getting 3 with one and 1 with the other last week. I upped weights in some of the exercises too. I went out with a buddy yesterday and bought some supplies to install 2 homemade pullups bars in the garage. That will be a good place to do some workouts with anyone who wants to join this summer. I will install them on Friday. I think they will turn out sweet. It will be nice to workout outside this summer in the heat and really get the sweat going. My scale fetish has continued. I am down to 215 after starting at 228. I checked my measurements and body fat the other day and though my waist and hips are smaller my body fat is less than a % smaller if it has changed at all in the last 2 weeks. For this reason I am switching back to the fat burner method for the last 45 days to maximize body fat loss. I am going to keep my calories up but go back to low carbs. 30% carbs/50% protien/20% fat.
Want to quick list my goals since I haven't yet though I know what they are from the start.
Get down to 200 lbs.
From 21% BF to 11% Currently at ~16%
Be able to do 100 unassisted pullups in one workout. Currently at 41. Beginning was 17.
I have another victim coming to try out Plyo tomorrow. Poor thing doesn't know what she is gettting herself into. HAHA
