Week 8 Done!

Just finished Yoga. Best session yet. My buddy came over and did Yoga the other day and he manned up and did pushups in the middle of it the whole time. I hadn't yet tried it but I manned up today to spite him and it was awesome. I got my knees way up off the ground in upward dog and did the pushups. My flexibility is the best its been since high school. It may already be back to that point. Kind of hard to remember how good it was. But I can bring my nose back down to my knee when reaching for my toes.

Also like I said I upped my calories to 2500-2600 and today I weighed in at 211.4 lbs. That is probably due to the 3.5 hours of hanging shelves yesterday but I will see if the weight stays off.
I will recheck the body fat, weight and post some pics tomorrow.
