Legs/ Back/Abs
Workout didn't go as well as planned. I think I may have worked out too soon after eating. I was burping up milk for most of the workout. YUK. My legs portion went well but my pullup numbers were down a couple. Just didn't have it today. My first couple of sets I upped my reps but then some sets I couldn't quit get to the last workout's #'s. I didn't do Abs yet cause of the milk nausea. I will bring the DVD and crush it tonite at work. Then will do Yoga tomorrow to make up for the other day. Some more pics tomorrow. Stayed tuned.
