Legs/Back
Workout didn't go very well today. Well I did up weight in all the exercises I use them and my pullup #'s went up but I had to pause it numerous times. I was on the verge of vomiting almost the entire workout. Note to self: DO NOT EAT EGGS BEFORE WORKING OUT. I think that was the problem because nothing else has been different. Unassisted pullups went up from 41 to 49. My goal of 100 for this workout seems a ways away but I have 4 more times with this workout and I up my totals around ten so if I push it I may hit 100. That would be sweet. I didn't do Ab Ripper right after. I started it but the nausea was too bad so I didn't think I would get the most out of it. I will do it tonite at work. I went for 25 reps last time and will attempt it again. Playing with the big boys now. Hopefully by the end I will be using weights on my chest while doing the workout. Some more pics tomorrow. later

I am just finding my email after months...Aaron told me you were starting this project so I had to go back and read all the blog reports...GREAT JOB!!
Today was my first day back on the treadmill after the doc told me the fasting blood sugar was "borderline diabetic" and the lipid profile sucked, so time to get busy!!!
So I'm off the Taco John's meat and potato burritos and back to the salad, veggies, fruits and chicken...it's good after you get used to it...
Maybe if I took pre and post pics I'd be more inclined to work out...no let's skip that....
